Level 2: Times Square Off

Alright, Times Square Off. This level throws you right into the heart of New York City, where Sandman is causing all sorts of trouble. Getting Started

As Iron Man, start by blasting the silver objects blocking your path. Use your repulsor rays to clear the way and collect those precious studs. Hulk’s super strength is exactly what you need for these obstacles. Smash, smash, smash!

Battling Sandman

Sandman will keep throwing sand constructs at you. Iron Man can target and destroy these with his missiles. Keep an eye out for the areas where Sandman retreats into the sand; you'll need to be ready to dodge his attacks. When he forms a giant sand hammer, switch to Hulk and use his mighty strength to throw it back at him. Timing is key here, so watch his movements carefully.

Minikit Locations

  • Minikit 1: Early in the level, look for a series of five sandcastles. Destroy them all to reveal the minikit. They're scattered around the main area, so keep your eyes peeled!
  • Minikit 2: When you reach the area with the large sand whirlpool, use Iron Man to fly up and collect the minikit floating above.
  • Minikit 3: After defeating the first Sandman mini-boss, look for a cracked wall. Use Hulk to smash through it and grab the minikit inside.
  • Minikit 4: In the subway section, use Iron Man to charge up the electricity panel and open the gate to the minikit.
  • Minikit 5: During the final battle with Sandman, destroy five golden statues scattered around the arena. Use Iron Man’s missiles to make short work of them.

Stan Lee is stuck inside a sand tornado! To rescue him, use Iron Man to shoot down the silver supports holding the tornado in place. Once all supports are destroyed, Stan will be free, and you'll get a well-deserved gold brick.

Complete the level to earn your gold brick! Plus, if you’ve collected all the minikits, you’re one step closer to unlocking even more cool stuff. High five!

Level 3: Exploratory Laboratory

Next up, we're heading to the Exploratory Laboratory, where Mr. Fantastic and Captain America team up to foil Doctor Octopus’s nefarious plans. Get ready for some stretching, shield-throwing, and a whole lot of science-y shenanigans!

Getting Started

Start as Mr. Fantastic and use your stretching abilities to pull the lever and open the door. Switch to Captain America and use your shield to activate the shield switch, allowing you to advance further into the lab. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?

Navigating the Lab

Doc Ock has set up various obstacles, including laser grids and electrified floors. Mr. Fantastic can squeeze through tight spaces to bypass the laser grids, while Captain America’s shield can deflect the electrified floors, making them safe to walk across. Keep an eye out for interactive objects that require both characters to work together.

Minikit Locations

  • Minikit 1: In the first room, use Mr. Fantastic to pull down a vent on the ceiling. Switch to Captain America and throw your shield into the switch inside the vent to reveal the minikit.
  • Minikit 2: After the electrified floor puzzle, look for a cracked wall. Smash through it with a character like Hulk (if you’re in free play) to access the minikit.
  • Minikit 3: In the room with the large centrifuge, use Mr. Fantastic to activate the four switches around the room. Once all switches are activated, the minikit will appear in the center.
  • Minikit 4: During the section where you’re avoiding the security cameras, use Captain America’s stealth ability (if you're in free play with a character like Black Widow) to sneak past the cameras and grab the minikit at the end.
  • Minikit 5: In the final battle with Doc Ock, destroy five of his mechanical arms. They’re scattered around the arena, so keep moving and shooting!

Stan Lee in Peril

Stan Lee is trapped in a glass container filled with toxic chemicals! To rescue him, use Mr. Fantastic to stretch and reach the valve on top of the container, draining the chemicals and freeing Stan. Good job, you saved him again!

Gold Brick

Complete the level to earn your gold brick! Collecting all the minikits gives you another pat on the back and gets you closer to that sweet 100% completion.

Level 4: Rock up at Lockup

Time to break some bad guys out of jail in Rock up at Lockup! In this level, you’ll be controlling Hawkeye and Black Widow as they infiltrate Ryker’s Island to help Captain America. Stealth, archery, and a whole lot of sneaking around are on the agenda.

Getting Started

As Black Widow, use your stealth ability to sneak past the security cameras and open the gate for Hawkeye. Then, switch to Hawkeye and use your arrows to hit the targets, clearing the path forward. Remember, communication is key, even in LEGO form!

Infiltrating Ryker’s Island

Ryker’s Island is packed with guards and security measures. Use Black Widow’s stealth to avoid detection and disable security systems. Hawkeye’s arrows can be used to create platforms, destroy objects, and activate switches from a distance. Work together to overcome each obstacle.

Minikit Locations

  • Minikit 1: At the start of the level, look for a destructible wall on the left side. Use an explosive character (like Iron Man, if you’re in free play) to blow it up and grab the minikit.
  • Minikit 2: In the prison yard, find five posters of villains and destroy them. Once all posters are destroyed, the minikit will appear.
  • Minikit 3: During the section where you’re navigating the rooftops, use Hawkeye to shoot an arrow into the target on the side of a building, creating a tightrope for Black Widow to cross and collect the minikit.
  • Minikit 4: In the security control room, use Black Widow to hack the computer and open the vault containing the minikit.
  • Minikit 5: During the final escape sequence, destroy five spotlights shining on the prison walls. They’re scattered around the area, so keep an eye out.

Stan Lee in Peril

Stan Lee is stuck in a prison cell! To rescue him, use Hawkeye to shoot an arrow into the target above the cell door, opening it and freeing Stan. He really needs to stop getting locked up!

Gold Brick

Completing the level earns you another shiny gold brick! And if you’ve snagged all the minikits, give yourself a pat on the back. You’re doing great!
